Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address, password (stored only as an encrypted hash) and, if you choose to add them, your medical school and profile photo.
• Learning activity — lessons viewed, video progress, quiz answers and scores, personal notes you save, and course completion records used to issue your certificate.
• Payment information — your subscription status, renewal dates and billing email. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never seen or stored by Radigo.
• Contact messages — anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data — basic, aggregated usage and device information generated when you use the site.

• To create and administer your account and give you access to courses.
• To track your progress, save your notes and issue completion certificates.
• To take payment, manage subscriptions and confirm access entitlements.
• To send service emails such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and important changes to the platform.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To maintain the security, reliability and improvement of the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your learning data for advertising.

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (providing the course you have signed up for), legitimate interests (keeping the platform secure and improving it), legal obligation (financial record-keeping), and consent where we ask for it, such as optional marketing emails.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Radigo. They process data on our instructions only:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Our hosting and database platform — account storage, course content and application hosting.
• Our email provider — delivery of account and service emails.

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are relied upon.

We use cookies and local browser storage that are necessary for the site to work — chiefly keeping you signed in and remembering your session. We also use privacy-conscious, aggregated analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but essential cookies are required to sign in.

We keep your account and learning records for as long as your account is open, so that your progress and certificates remain available. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons (typically up to six years for payment records).

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, to request a portable copy, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can update most details yourself on your profile page. To make any other request, email admin@radigo.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Access to your account is protected by authentication, and our database enforces row-level access rules so that learners can only read their own records. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable and proportionate measures to protect your information.

Radigo is intended for medical students and healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be notified by email or on the site.
