Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2 August 2026

These terms govern your use of radigo.co.uk and the Radigo learning platform. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

About us

Radigo provides on-demand radiology teaching for undergraduates and postgraduates. You can reach us at admin@radigo.co.uk.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Accounts are personal to you. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or allow anyone else to use it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to register.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Subscriptions, payment and renewals

  • Course access is sold as a subscription at the price shown at checkout, inclusive of any applicable VAT.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled beforehand.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We may change prices for future terms and will give reasonable notice before a renewal at a new price.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer in the UK you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. By starting a course during that period you agree that digital content is made available immediately and you accept that the right to cancel is lost once access has begun. Outside of that, if something has gone wrong or you were charged in error, contact us at admin@radigo.co.uk and we will deal with it fairly and in line with your legal rights.

Course content and intellectual property

  • All videos, images, text, quizzes and other materials on Radigo are owned by us or our contributors and are protected by copyright.
  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own study for as long as your subscription is active.
  • You may not download, record, copy, republish, distribute, resell or publicly share the content, or use it to train machine-learning systems, without our written permission.
  • Certificates issued by Radigo confirm completion of our course only. They are not a professional qualification or accreditation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape the site, or interfere with its security or availability.
  • Do not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing material, including in notes or contact messages.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund where the breach is serious.

Educational disclaimer

Radigo content is provided for education and training only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any individual patient. Case images are used for teaching purposes. Always follow your local guidelines, supervision arrangements and professional judgement. You remain responsible for your own clinical practice.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control, and we may add, change or retire course material as it is kept current.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from decisions made in reliance on course content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date is shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
